The Insights Lead is responsible for turning data into insights that fuel client decisions, particularly regarding Loyalty and Customer Value Management actions.
This role is critical to Gravitas project success as it acts as the “translator” from strategy to data requirements to insights and, ultimately, recommendations, decisions, and actions.
You will have risen from a hands-on data analysis role to a more senior role involving meeting with executives, determining needs and translating data and insights into strategy.
Leverage your experience and expertise to advise businesses on enhancing commercial performance, identifying challenges, devising solutions, and guiding the implementation of strategies.
Your strong analytical skills will aid data-driven decision-making, while your persuasive gravitas in interacting with C-suite executives will influence critical decisions.
Building and maintaining solid relationships, your role will be central to ensuring we continually meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
